We have started a non-profit organization to help support music programs we would like to set up to help our local musicians. Please consider a donation to Music Matters Inc., or stop by Emmit’s Place to see about an opportunity to volunteer.

Emmit’s Place is only open on days with events listed. Please check the calendar!

December 6th & 7th, 3pm

It’s that time of year to swing by Emmit’s Place and share some holiday cheer! It’s our 14th Annual Holiday Toy Drive – this year with 2 full days of music and fun to support the cause!

Bring a NEW, Unopened Toy** by Emmit’s Place and get in free all day!

Get ready for a whole weekend of entertainment for a good cause. Music, food, holiday bake sale, vendors and more! Join us for 2 days of celebration and support our local area children in need so they can have a great holiday season!

Emmit’s Place Needs You

As many of you might have heard, Susan, the operator of Emmit’s Place and an avid supporter of live music, was recently diagnosed with cancer. She is focused on the health battle ahead and will be unable to fully operate the club on her own over the next several months.

While she has insurance to cover her medical care, Emmit’s Place will not be able to support paying all of the hours of labor each week that Susan typically works unpaid. We are requesting donations to help cover these labor costs so we can keep the doors open at Emmit’s Place. Large or small, any donations are greatly appreciated.

There is also Featured Art for Sale that supports the cause – scroll down this page to view the extraordinary pieces currently for sale. These pieces are on display at Emmit’s Place, so come by and see them.

To make a donation and read updates from Susan about progress in her health battle, please visit the GoFundMe page at the link below.
